Initial Consultation
As a new patient, you’ll complete a New Patient form (around 5–10 minutes) and then discuss your health and reasons for your visit with your chiropractor. This helps us understand your needs before assessing your spine.
Instrumentation
We use a nervoscope to gently glide along your spine and detect areas of nerve irritation that may be contributing to your symptoms. The sensation is very gentle, similar to two fingers moving along your back, and it helps your chiropractor pinpoint the exact areas of spinal dysfunction.
Full Spine Assessment
Before your appointment, you’ll be provided with a gown to change into. We gently assess how your spine moves and check for areas of stiffness or tenderness. We also evaluate your posture, body movement, and walking pattern to understand how your body is functioning as a whole.
Xray Analysis
We review your X-rays to better understand the structure and alignment of your spine. This helps us identify specific areas of concern and ensure that care is safe and appropriate for you. X-rays can also help detect underlying conditions such as arthritis, fractures, infections, or other concerns that may require a different approach. In some cases, imaging allows us to identify structural changes like scoliosis that may not be fully assessed through a physical examination alone.
Personalised Care Plan
During your second visit, we’ll review our findings and discuss how we can help. We’ll create a personalised care plan to address your specific concerns, with every step tailored to support your long-term wellbeing.
